A bit offtopic. Are you talking about only for a map or the music pack? For a map, you need to make a map config, which is a text file that is named just like the file you have, take a look in packages/_base_ for savetheprincess.ogz and you'll notice savetheprincess.cfg In there there is a line that says:
music traveling_minstrels nextsong
That makes the song traveling_minstrels play. If you want to put it in the jukebox, you can go into data/music.cfg and match the file with the songs you want to put in packages/music or you put them in one of the cfgs in the data/music folder. Take care.
